Felt right at home with Gianni's warm welcome. The brekkie was charming, just lekker to start the day. Ski bus stop right around the corner, super easy for the slopes!

The ski storage didn't have drying for boots, so be prepared for that.

I have to tell you, the guy Gianni is something else! He treated my kids like gold, always making sure they felt at home and providing fresh juice every morning, pure joy for them!

It wasn't cheap, but you're paying for that kind of personal service, totally worth it.

I was deeply frustrated with the limited breakfast options. Each morning, the same few items were offered. The lack of staff presence during peak hours was aggravating and made it hard to get assistance.

Staying here was a delight with Gianni providing great coffee every morning and the hotel being just a quick stroll from beautiful Cascata LARES, perfect for a relaxing afternoon by the water. Plus, the charming Church of San Vigilio is only about 1 km away.

The hotel boasts super clean rooms with spacious layouts that feel like home. Fresh juice and good coffee greet you in the mornings, with the nearby Pineta Wellness center just a five-minute walk away for a well-deserved spa day after hitting the slopes.

The breakfast spread remains quite basic, offering the same limited items every day, which can get monotonous. In some moments, I found the absence of staff noticeable, especially during busy times, which might lead to minor delays. The ski storage lacks boot drying, so plan accordingly if you're expecting warm footwear in the morning.

Wi-fi was fast and reliable, but parking was limited during peak hours.

I had the best time at locanda! Gianni's good coffee every morning was a true treat. The hotel is just next door to la botte. The fitness center was a nice perk for keeping active .

Gianni makes this place a joy. His warm personality shines through, especially how he interacts with kids like my child Jacomo. Each morning, I enjoyed fresh juice and a good coffee, crafted by Gianni himself. The breakfast was simple, yet satisfying. The rooms were immaculate, and having a bus stop right next door was super convenient. It's just a quick five-minute walk to the Pineta Wellness center, where I treated myself to a spa day for only 20€! On the downside, breakfast options felt a bit limited, and at times, I noticed a lack of staff presence. The charm of Gianni and the value for the price were great, despite a few drawbacks.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our holiday! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The spacious and clean rooms were one of the best aspects of our stay. The breakfast offered a great selection and we enjoyed having it on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. Additionally, the perfect location allowed us to easily explore the charming town and its surroundings.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the hotel didn't offer dinner, but there were plenty of great restaurants nearby to choose from. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel but not a big deal for us as we were here to relax and disconnect. we highly recommend this hotel as it offers great value for money and we had a fantastic time during our stay.
